The server is behaving strangely right now, and appears to be deleting data files randomly. Therefore it is now closed down until we can get it fixed. It will probably be down at least a couple of days, if not more.

We have complete backups so everything can be restored, but until we are sure the problems are fixed, it is not much use in restoring the data just to have them corrupted again.

UPDATE: Good news everyone! I am now able to download all the files. We're getting there!

Yes, remember we had similar problems recently? These are the same kind of problems, again.

I have a screenshot of my level from yesterday along with my enderchest if it is needed.

Quick status update:
DaddyCheese was contacted, and provided a completely unhelpful reply, so the question still remains open (waiting for another reply). The server could be put online, with the risk of more of you losing your levels. I will be away for most of today, but I think Beldrama will be back, so I won't do anything right now.

Yeah, they just closed the ticket without replying... can't believe this.

They are probably very aware of this problem. You recon we could ask for a refund of our remaining days since it won't work. Not to mention, everything they promise we'd get, we don't. No unlimited storage or support.
